Are you a qualified Auditor seeking a hybrid role with a good work-life balance or an Accountant in the Real Estate sector seeking a change of role?

The Accounting Manager will work closely with Directors and Partners and Managing Agents on:
- Financial Management of projects
- Expenditure Management
- Annual financial accounts
- Budgets and Revenue reporting
It is anticipated that to be a successful Accounting Manager you will be able to offer:
- ACCA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- Experience in Audit or Service Charge or Property Portfolio accounting
- Effective communication and time and people management skills
This role which is a management grade position is similar to property portfolio accounts manager, financial controller, and senior project accounts roles and offers:
