Reed Finance is partnering with a leading International Shared Service Centre in Yate recruiting for a Transactional Finance Manager to join them on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Transactions / Accounts Payable Finance Manager to join their French Accounts Payable department. The successful candidate will lead a dynamic team, ensuring transaction process targets are consistently met and maintained to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Management: Oversee a team processing high volumes of transactions (e.g., accounts payable, purchasing, master data management). Ensure adherence to standards and controls.

People Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled workforce. Allocate team members to tasks daily.

Performance Monitoring: Use data to track and improve team performance. Make proactive adjustments as needed.
