Broster Buchanan are supporting a thriving logistics company to recruit a Regional Finance Manager to be based from their Head Office in Bristol.As Regional Finance Manager you will provide support and insight to the Branch Managers, explaining business performance variances and identifying risks and opportunities.Key responsibilities will include:
  • Deliver timely, accurate & relevant financial information, analysis and commentary to key stakeholders including:
    • Weekly and monthly P&L reporting
    • Monthly and quarterly forecasts
    • Annual budgets
    • Variance analysis
    • KPI’s
    • Benchmarking
    • Ad-hoc analysis to drive business performance
  • Develop, rigorously challenge, and question the budget/forecast assumptions and KPIs on an on-going basis, and report this to the Branch Managers and Divisional Team
  • Provide insight into customer and sales team performance
  • Production of the internal Monthly Reporting pack and participation in the Monthly Review Meeting  
The successful candidate must be CIMA/ACA/ ACCA qualified with strong business partnering skills and a ‘can do’ attitude. You will have the enthusiasm to strive for continuous improvement and deliver commercial results in changing environments. The role can be home based but will require travel to local sites.
