We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires excellent phone etiquette, strong clerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining records, managing schedules, and facilitating communication within the organisation.

Duties
- Provide general administrative support including data entry and clerical tasks.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the office environment is organised and efficient.
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, addressing inquiries or directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring all documents are up to date and easily accessible.
- Utilise Google Suite for document creation, scheduling, and communication purposes.
- Assist in bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks as required.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff members.
- Support various projects as needed, contributing to team efforts and organisational goals.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and improving office processes.
