Job Description
We are delighted to be partnered with this well-established, manufacturing business based in Avonmouth. With presence throughout the UK, they manufacture and supply high quality products to variety of well-known supermarkets.
We are now looking for a detail-oriented and organised Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to enquiries quickly and professionally. You will manage pre-arranged appointments, deliveries, meeting and greeting customers as well as managing any walk ins to the site.
The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks efficiently. You will be able to work autonomously in a dynamic, busy environment, with attention to detail.
You must have immaculate customer service, both face to face and via email. The successful candidate must also have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
