On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Clinical Risk Solicitor in Bristol to join their dynamic and friendly team. What you'll do:
As a Clinical Risk Solicitor, your role will be:
- Managing a challenging but fulfilling caseload of defendant clinical negligence work.
- Drafting legal documents, conducting face to face negotiations and mediation of claims.
- Preparing cases for and adhering to court deadlines.
- Engaging in direct client care
- Providing commercially focused legal advice and working within a clients parameters.
- Participating in knowledge sharing, training, client seminars, and business development.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Clinical Risk Solicitor role is someone with:
- Up to 5 Years PQE with experience in clinical negligence, personal injury.
- Experience of an NHS Resolution
- Logical approach to handling a variety of clinical negligence claims.
- A demonstrable ability to adopt a commercial perspective approach to legal issues.
- Highly client-focused attitude.
- Team-oriented and collegiate with a willingness to mentor, coach and supervise less experienced members of teams.
