This well-established Bristol based law firm is looking to hire a Contentious Probate & Trusts Solicitor, ideally with at least 3 years' post qualification experience.

The Role:

Manage claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependents) Act 1975
Disputes over will validity, testator capacity and estate administration
Advise both charities and private wealth disputes
Liaise with other teams including mental capacity, tax & family

Your Experience:

3+ years PQE within Contentious Probate
Ideally with STEP or ACTAPS qualifications – if not, then support to gain this
Proven experience with contested Wills & Inheritance claims
Strong knowledge of inheritance, CGT and income tax in estate planning
