Join my client on an initial 6 month contract - an major international player in the nuclear energy market, known for its innovative solutions and technologies are now on the look out for a HR Administrator to support our growing team in the UK. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth delivery of administrative and operational HR services across all UK offices.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Onboarding: Manage the creation and distribution of employment offers and packs, collate pre-employment data, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders to provide an excellent onboarding experience.
  • Payroll: Handle monthly payroll changes, including processing starters and leavers.
  • Benefits Administration: Enrol new starters in company benefits platforms.
  • Employee Variations: Generate correspondence for various changes such as promotions or changes in hours, update systems, and inform relevant stakeholders.
  • Data Integrity and Systems: Maintain accurate employee data in the HR system and ensure its integrity by regular reconciliation.
  • Training Coordination: Book training sessions, create agreements, and liaise with external providers and internal stakeholders.
  • Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process by preparing leaver documentation, updating systems, and removing ex-employees from benefits.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support for the HR team, including note-taking, raising invoices, and handling general queries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Experience in an office environment is desirable, with HR administration experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is essential.
  • Familiarity with HR systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Strong client focus with a proactive approach to task delivery.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use initiative.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills at all levels.
  • Team-oriented, committed, and open to taking on new challenges.
  • Ability to adapt to changing workload priorities.
