Our client is looking for a HR Administrator to join their team in Bristol!

About the role

You'll be part of the HR Operations Team, providing HR and Benefits services across the company. You'll handle employee lifecycle and 

benefit matters quickly and accurately, and make sure all queries are addressed and people information is kept secure.

Day-to-day tasks:

  • Be the main contact for HR-related questions from employees, giving advice on benefits and HR processes.
  • Manage the HR Operations email inbox, responding to queries promptly and escalating when needed.
  • Manage the Workday People Experience inbox, ensuring all queries and tasks are completed quickly.
  • Keep the Workday HR system updated accurately and on time.
  • Support processes like probation reviews and managing sickness absence.
  • Respond to employee reference requests.
  • Keep up-to-date standard operating procedures for HR benefits and admin tasks.
  • Work with benefits providers to resolve employee queries and help employees understand their benefits options.
  • Provide accurate and secure employee data to benefits providers on time.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reports for data checks.
  • Ensure invoices from benefits providers are processed quickly.
  • Help employees use the Orbit benefits portal.
  • Support HR projects and participate in benefits projects.
  • Continuously improve HR processes to enhance service delivery.
