I'm recruiting for a Recruitment Assistant to join a well-established client on a full-time basis to start asap.
Day-to-day of the role:- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support throughout the recruitment cycle
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and candidate records in compliance with GDPR and company policies
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including handling correspondence and preparing recruitment reports
