Role: Recruitment DirectorLocation: Bristol (BS1 3AG)Hours: Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours per weekYour Role: As Recruitment Director, you will steer the strategic direction and commercial success for your region by:

  • Driving the region's business to achieve commercial, financial, and growth targets.

  • Building strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders to uncover and capitalise on business opportunities.

  • Managing and motivating your direct reports to ensure they meet and exceed company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Direct the strategic and commercial success of your region, focusing on client cross-selling and business development.

  • Team Management: Recruit, retain, and manage multiple teams to ensure peak performance.

  • Managerial Oversight: Lead and mentor managers, ensuring they are equipped to drive their teams to success.

  • Business Development: Forge strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to identify and capitalise on business opportunities.

  • Operational Excellence: Set and achieve commercial, financial, and growth targets for the region.

  • Leadership by Example: Lead with a strategic vision and operational excellence, deputising for the Regional Managing Director when needed.
