Your new companyOur client is looking for an experienced Wills Writer and Estates Planning Paralegal to join their well-established department and currently has several positions available. This role is a home working position involving some travel to one of their offices nationally, however they offer a flexible and agile (home) working environment along with hybrid and in-person options, so you can adjust your location to suit your personal circumstances. (For example, their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre, and they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.)Our client also offers internal trainee solicitor programmes (with a lean toward estate planning), along with lots of opportunity for progression.Your new roleIn this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end to end, alongside drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents. You'll communicate with clients remotely, providing an outstanding service and case resolution. You'll gain exposure to a variety of cases, allowing you to build on your knowledge within a supportive team. You will:* document and write wills of various complexity, write powers of attorney and other estate planning documentation, making sure all paperwork is accurate and professionally written* communicate with clients and external partners via the phone and written communication throughout each case* manage an incoming case load and work with those parties involved towards the successful completion of a caseYou will be offered a fantastic opportunity to grow and succeed in a fast-growing area of the business.About youThese roles are open to experienced private client paralegals with experience in drafting wills and advising clients regarding estate planning matters. You will be an experienced paralegal or will writer with previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters.
