Description

The role of Transport Administrator in Bristol will involve:

  • Running the transport desk by effectively briefing and debriefing drivers.
  • Ensuring all driver and delivery paperwork is present and completed correctly.
  • Managing POD paperwork.
  • Downloading tachographs and monitoring driver hours.
  • Ensuring compliance with all transport regulations and company policies.
  • Liaising with the warehouse team.
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI targets.

Working hours:

  • 4-on 4-off shift pattern 6am-6pm

Profile

A successful Transport Administrator should have:

  • Previous experience working in a busy transport office environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of transport regulations and procedures.
  • A solid understanding of WTD/driver hours compliance.
