Robert Half are delighted to be supporting an exciting and growing organisation on the recruitment on a full-time and permanent Assistant Management Accountant to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ACCA/CIMA studier who is ambitious and hungry to learn and develop.
Whilst our client is a Bristol based business; this is a predominantly remote working contract. However, you must be willing and able to travel to an office in North Bristol as the business requires.
Responsibilities of the Assistant Management Accountant will include but not be limited to:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable including invoicing, payments, supplier and customer relationships, and month-end reconciliations.
- Oversee expense reports and bank reconciliations, including credit card and multi-account management.
- Support with management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations, accruals and fixed assets.
- Assist with quarterly budget/forecast preparation and variance analysis.
- Manage payroll for international entities.
- Assist with annual statutory accounts, audits and banking/foreign exchange queries.
Your Profile:
- Previous experience working in a similar accounting position is essential.
- Studying towards either your CIMA or ACCA qualification, ideally having already obtained your AAT qualification.
- Experience using NetSuite is highly desirable.
- Intermediate level of MS Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal, time management, prioritisation and analytical skills.
In return, the successful candidate can expect a salary of between £30-40k dependant on experience plus study support, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), private medical insurance, pension scheme and more.
