Job OverviewWe are looking for a dedicated Band 5 Mental Health Nurse to join our team, delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs. This role offers the chance to work within a supportive, multidisciplinary team to make a meaningful impact on patient recovery and mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct assessments, plan, and implement individualized care for patients with mental health conditions.
- Provide therapeutic support and monitoring, ensuring patient safety and well-being.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and deliver comprehensive care plans.
- Support patients and their families with education and guidance, helping to manage mental health conditions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and uphold trust standards in all aspects of care.
- Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with active NMC registration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to professional development and delivering the highest standards of mental health care.
