Employee Relations Business Partner | Leading Retailer | £60k + Car Our client is a leading international retailer who continue to go from strength to strength. We're supporting them in their search for an Employee Relations Business Partner to improve engagement across the region and partner with the leadership team around ER advice and strategy.The role of Employee Relations Business Partner:

  • Give advice and coaching on Employment Law to the regional leadership team, helping managers handle people management the right way and make fair, consistent, and legally sound decisions.

  • Keep managers up to date on Employment Law and offer training to boost their skills, knowledge, and confidence in applying these policies correctly.

  • Provide clear, straightforward support to managers, making sure they follow HR policies and best practices effectively.

  • Track trends, ensure compliance with legal policies, and adapt or introduce local processes as needed.

  • Handle hearings and appeals when necessary.

  • Has fantastic labour law knowledge
  • Understands best practice and ACAS codes
  • Is a skilled influencer and communicator with your stakeholders
  • Has strong analytical and organisational skills, able to manage and prioritise a changing workload
  • Is adaptable and proactive with a confident, solutions-focused attitude
