MMM Medical Equipment UK Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Sales Manager to manage our range of cleaning and sterilisation equipment in the southwest of England. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth within NHS sterile service departments, endoscopy reprocessing departments and hospital laboratories.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximise sales in the southwest region.
- Build strong relationships with existing and potential clients, identifying their needs and tailoring solutions.
- Achieve ambitious sales targets, exceeding expectations wherever possible.
- Attend industry events, meetings and training to stay up to date with market trends.
- Prepare and submit tenders to tight deadlines, ensuring accuracy and competitiveness.
- Provide insightful reports and feedback on sales activity and market trends.
- Manage your client database meticulously, ensuring all information is current.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to both individual clients and teams.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop innovative sales initiatives.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of MMM products and company values.
- Travel throughout the southwest region (up to 50% of the time).
- Uphold the highest standards of professionalism, adhering to all MMM policies and regulations.

The Person
- 3+ years' experience in field sales within the healthcare, research or laboratory sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- A self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understanding of industry standard drawing packages (desirable).
- Basic knowledge of equipment mechanics and servicing (desirable).
- Experience with commercial tendering processes (desirable).
