We are working with a well-established Bristol business who are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join them.

Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with multiple stakeholders across the business and a wide range of third parties
- Manage relevant third-party contracts alongside their performance as a key supplier and partner
- Lead product teams to maximize value.
- Partner with Technology to drive product delivery ownership.
- Represent customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
- Promote agile practices and continuous improvement.
- Conduct analysis to define business and customer needs.
- Prioritize problems and solutions for business impact.
- Set and track OKRs with product teams.
You will have the following experience:
- Background in Product Leadership
- Commercially focused
- Engaging and confident presenter
- Highly motivated with a growth mindset
- Successful cross-functional team leader and coach
- Experience managing third-party contracts and performance
- Aligning third-party roadmaps with our requirements
- Expertise in APIs and messaging services
- Using technology to optimize processes
- Interest in AI and ML for process improvement
The role is hybrid and you will need to comfortable commuting into the office 3 days a week.
