Job Title: Lead Engineer - Facilities Management
Location: Bristol
Salary: Up to£43,000 rising following completion of probation.
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are working with a leading facilities management company to find a talented Lead Engineer to oversee maintenance operations across multiple commercial and residential sites in Bristol. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced and growing team, providing essential support and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality service.
- Perform PPM and reactive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and fire alarms.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Foster strong client relationships and resolve issues efficiently.
- Monitor KPIs, performance, and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support to junior engineers.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong background in facilities management with technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Knowledge of health and safety legislation and industry best practices.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Relevant qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering or facilities management.
