Job Description
Objectives of this Role
Strategize, implement, and maintain program initiatives that adhere to
organizational objectives
Integrate & Coordinate with Global facilities in ensuring the program timeline are
achieved
Experience in managing complex project with new technology Facility building
Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring program goals are reached
Manage budget and funding channels for the factory building, installation,
commissioning and full production
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assign project
managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan,
budget, and timing for new initiatives
Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and
coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against
established business goals/objectives
Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across
multiple projects within the department
Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for
management and stakeholders
Managing the programs budget; Managing risks and issues and taking corrective
measurements; Coordinating the projects and their interdependencies; Managing
and utilizing resources across projects.
Managing stakeholders communication; Aligning the deliverables (outputs) to the
programs outcome with the aid of the business change manager; and managing
the main program documentations such as the program initiation document
Skills and attributes of the program manager
The program manager must have strong practical experience in project management,
which was gained through managing large and complex projects. He or she must have the
following:
Good knowledge and handling of project and program management methodology and
techniques.
Good understanding of the wider objectives of the program.
Ability to work positively with the wide range of individuals involved in program
management.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Good knowledge of budgeting and resource allocation procedures
The ability to find innovative ways to resolve problems
Required Skills and Experience
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
10+ years in an advanced management role (preference given to those with program
management experience)
Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
Working knowledge of implementation on new technology
Outstanding working knowledge of change management principles and
performance evaluation processes
