My client has over 18 years of experience and we consistently
provide the most professional, consistent, high quality and independent service
in the area. Their work includes preparing property inventories, schedules of
condition, check-ins, check-outs, mid-term property visits, inventory updates and
legionella risk assessments.


They are now looking for an Inventory Clerk to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:


You will play a pivotal role, working with their partner letting agencies and
landlords across Bristol, ensuring that our reports are completed smoothly, on
time and all necessary tasks are completed efficiently. Each day you will travel
to properties to assess their condition to create detailed reports using the mobile
software. Sometimes you will also represent their partners and you’ll be
responsible for the collection/handover of keys.


About You:


You don’t need to have experience in this area, as they will ensure you receive
training, but you will be able to demonstrate a natural eye for detail. You will be
super organised, and you will be able to use your initiative and work
autonomously.

Dealing with customers means that your punctuality is essential,
along with excellent and professional communication skills.
You will need your own car to travel to different locations, and of course your fuel
costs would be reimbursed.
