21.50 - 27 per hour
Full Time, 37 hours per week
Sellick Partnership Ltd is currently supporting one of our Bristol based clients with the recruitment of a Property Manager on a temporary ongoing contract
Daily duties of the Property Manager:
- Provide technical advice on property related matters
- Offer advice to stakeholders and members of the public regarding legislation, policies and best practice
- Contribute towards the gathering of information, monitoring and reporting on data in relation to the property estate, this includes the inspection measurement and valuation of properties
- Work as part of the project teams on property reviews
- Implement operational land and property related transactions in order to optimise service delivery, capital receipts, revenue returns and to minimise the overall cost
Essential experience of the Property Manager:
- Previous experience in Property/Estates/Neighbourhood management
- Previously worked within Social Housing (Desired)
