About the Role:We are looking for an experienced Block Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of 900 units spread across Winchester, Slough, and Swindon. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, managing properties with no RMC clients, allowing for smoother day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of residential blocks, ensuring high standards of property management
  • Conducting regular site inspections and liaising with contractors for maintenance and repairs
  • Budgeting and financial management, including service charge budgeting and year-end accounts
  • Building strong relationships with leaseholders, residents, and contractors to ensure a positive experience
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
  • Coordinating with the wider property management team for smooth service delivery
  • Handling day-to-day queries and resolving issues efficiently
  • Overseeing major works and projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in block management
  • Strong knowledge of leasehold management and related legislation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks effectively
  • Full UK driving license
  • IRPM qualification is desirable but not essential (TPI training provided)
