Core3 is thrilled to recruit a Senior Client Accountant for a prestigious independent commercial property management and consultancy firm in the UK. This role is based in Bristol, offering a salary range of £38,000 - £43,000 with the flexibility of a hybrid working environment.

In this dynamic role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that our accounting services exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across a diverse portfolio of commercial, industrial, and retail properties.

How You'll Contribute

As Senior Client Accountant, you'll engage in regular and meaningful communication with your accounting team, property managers, tenants, and clients, ensuring that financial records are not only accurate but also delivered promptly. Your collaboration with the accounts and Property Management teams will be key in driving exceptional service and building lasting partnerships with our clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing an accounting team to deliver client accounting services within established KPIs.
  • Acting as an escalation point for the team, internally within Property Management Teams, and externally for clients.
  • Leading and managing Client Accountants, Assistant Client Accountants & Accounts Administrators to ensure tasks are completed on time and meet internal and client KPIs.
  • Upholding a high level of attention to detail, organisational skills, prioritisation, and communication.
  • Preparing and reviewing monthly and quarterly client reports, including VAT & IPD reporting.
  • Ensuring client KPIs are met and company procedures are followed.
  • Reviewing departmental controls to meet both client and internal KPIs.
  • Training and mentoring team members.
  • Managing client relationships, leading projects, and driving client initiatives.
  • Resolving client and tenant queries.
  • Performing any other duties necessary for the smooth operation of the accounting department.
