Prospero Teaching are looking for an adaptable Learning Support Assistant to support one of our BS7 schools. We are looking for someone with strong 1:1 support experiences, and a good understanding of ASD.

You will be supporting a reception aged pupil and helping them fulfil their educational potential through creative methods.

CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS

  • Duration / Likely Duration - Until end of academic year, potentially beyond

  • Hours - 08:00am - 4.00pm

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of ASD is clear.
  • Previous experience working in a UK school
  • Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as some training is provided)

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
