You'll:
- Inspire: Lead and develop a dedicated support team.

- Manage: Oversee rotas, recruitment, and budgets.
- Respond: Handle on-call duties (1 week in 4).
You Have:
- NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Compassionate, proactive approach.
- Ability to travel within 30 minutes for on-call.
