Are you passionate about supporting young people and helping them overcome challenges? We're looking for a dedicated Behavioural Mentor to join our team in Bristol, working with primary students to help them succeed academically and socially. If you're eager to make a positive impact and bring energy and encouragement to the classroom, we want to hear from you!

The Role of a Behavioural Mentor:
  • You will support students who face behavioural and emotional challenges, helping them engage in their learning and thrive in the classroom.
  • You'll work closely with students, encouraging positive behaviour, offering one-on-one support, and helping them stay focused and motivated.
  • You will also engage with students during break times and lunch, building strong relationships and providing guidance in a relaxed and supportive setting.
What We're Looking For:
  • GCSEs in Maths & English (Grade C/4 or above) are required.
  • We are seeking a Behavioural Mentor who is patient, adaptable, and able to work with students from a variety of backgrounds. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a positive, open-minded attitude.
  • A great sense of humour - Behavioural Mentors who bring joy and light-heartedness to their work can make a real difference in student outcomes.
  • The ability to build trust with students and provide ongoing support to help them overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
  • Within a commutable distance of Bristol
