An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Services Manager to join a leading residential property company, managing a high-quality rental community in Bristol. This role is ideal for an experienced housing professional with a strong background in affordable housing, tenancy management, and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:-
Ensure compliance with housing regulations and policies while delivering excellent services to residents.

Lead tenancy processes, including property viewings, sign-ups, and onboarding of new residents.

Oversee income management, tenancy sustainment, and resident engagement initiatives.

Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor management, ensuring communal spaces are well-maintained.

Manage tenancy-related issues, including anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns.

Prepare reports and analyse data to monitor performance against KPIs.

Work closely with local authorities, community partners, and internal teams to enhance service delivery.

Previous experience in operational housing management within a registered provider or local authority.

Strong knowledge of social housing legislation and tenancy management.

Experience working with vulnerable residents and handling complex cases.

Ability to manage budgets, report on financial performance, and drive operational improvements.
