An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Housing Services Manager to join a leading residential property company, managing a high-quality rental community in Bristol. This role is ideal for an experienced housing professional with a strong background in affordable housing, tenancy management, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with housing regulations and policies while delivering excellent services to residents.

  • Lead tenancy processes, including property viewings, sign-ups, and onboarding of new residents.

  • Oversee income management, tenancy sustainment, and resident engagement initiatives.

  • Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and contractor management, ensuring communal spaces are well-maintained.

  • Manage tenancy-related issues, including anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns.

  • Prepare reports and analyse data to monitor performance against KPIs.

  • Work closely with local authorities, community partners, and internal teams to enhance service delivery.

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous experience in operational housing management within a registered provider or local authority.

  • Strong knowledge of social housing legislation and tenancy management.

  • Experience working with vulnerable residents and handling complex cases.

  • Ability to manage budgets, report on financial performance, and drive operational improvements.

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to housing management.
