Your new company

You will be working as a Teaching Assistant for a market leader that has exclusive partnerships with schools across the Bristol area. These Teaching Assistant opportunities are on a permanent, long-term or daily supply cover basis. Due to an increase in demand from schools in your local area, we are looking for experienced primary teaching assistants to fill the vacancies for immediate starts.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be a Primary Supply Teaching Assistant, you will need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last three years, either within a mainstream setting. You will need to be an approachable and patient teaching assistant who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manner at all times. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to teachers and other staff in the school.
