Were looking for a Welder Fabricator to join our Engineering team in a fast-paced manufacturing site. Youll play a key role in keeping machinery, plant infrastructure, and site services running efficientlyhelping us on our journey to becoming a world-class engineering team.

? Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts (optional overtime available)

?? The Role:
- Fabrication & welding maintenance on machinery and infrastructure
- Reduce downtime in a high-speed manufacturing environment
- Support site services & general maintenance
- Assist with new equipment installations & continuous improvement projects
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
?? What You Need:
? Welder, Fabricator, or Maintenance Engineering experience
? Apprenticeship or equivalent training in engineering disciplines (NVQ / C&G Level 3)
? Mechanical knowledge & welding expertise (steam pipe welding preferred)
? Understanding of health & safety standards
? Previous food manufacturing/FMCG experience (bonus, not essential)
? Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office) + coaching/mentoring experience is a plus
