A family-owned small luxury hotel collection is seeking an organised and professional Night Supervisor to join a friendly team at an award-winning hotel just outside of Broadway in the Cotswolds.

Responsibilities

Being an integral part of the front of house team working 11pm to 7am

Provide a guest-centred approach to customer service working to the highest standards

Supporting the smooth running of overnight operations at the hotel

Taking care of the logistics surrounding guests stays

Ensuring overnight duties such as billing, tidying and re-stocking

Helping the hospitality team set up for breakfast

Help with guest requests overnight and assist in some late bar service if needed

Requirements

Full driving licence as required to drive estate vehicles

Be fully flexible with regards to days worked required by the hotel

Strong health, safety and security awareness

Own transport due to rural location if not living in

Hard working and self-motivated

Excellent time management and organisational skills
