ML37- Duty ManagerSalary: £29,328 + GratuitiesLocation: BroadwayOverview:First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Duty Manager on behalf of one of our clients.Our client encourages applications from ex-military personnel however all candidates will be given due consideration.Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be working at a grade 2 listed hotel.
  • Ensuring guests’ every need is taken care of, every moment of their stay. Liaising with chefs and housekeeping team to provide exemplary five star service. Serving food, drinks, fine wines and offering concierge style services such as driving across the estate and making reservations. Co-ordinate arrivals and departures, providing outstanding host services throughout.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working at a luxury venue offering similar high levels of service. Confident in hosting guests with high expectations. Familiar working with fine wines. Warm, welcoming and genuinely hospitable. Ability to consistently offer a five star level service, to exceed expectations and delight guests. Excellent communication skills.
  • Due to the rural location, you will require your own transport.
