Responsibilities as the Senior Sous Chef

  • Creating a wide array of high-quality dishes to be served across multiple outlets, from a la carte dishes to tasting menu items
  • Working closely alongside the hotels highly skilled Head Chef to ensure a smooth running kitchen operation and unforgettable dishes
  • Making the most of the hotels access to fresh, locally sourced and estate-grown ingredients
  • Sharing your culinary knowledge and expertise with the more junior chefs in the kitchen
  • Showcasing excellent communication skills and working well alongside others
