Part Time Administrator to join a busy and growing team. The Part time Administrator role involves supporting the development and execution of product, design and brand.

  • Salary: up to £35,000 pro rata working across 3 day week - Mon/Tues/Wed, office base

Part Time Administrator responsibilities:

  • Assisting with new product, design work/amendments and customer led changes
  • oordinating the design, artwork specifications
  • Planning and prioritising projects to ensure on-time completion, liaising with the wider team by reporting project status updates with costs
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards including all legislation, sustainability, and environment impact
  • Maintaining relationships with key material suppliers
  • Contributing to drafting digitalised templates, forms, and procedures
  • Developing an active knowledge of competitors, innovating products, materials, and sustainability

Part Time Administrator required skills/competencies:

  • Proven experience working within a similar role desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook
