Part Time Administrator to join a busy and growing team. The Part time Administrator role involves supporting the development and execution of product, design and brand.
- Salary: up to £35,000 pro rata working across 3 day week - Mon/Tues/Wed, office base
Part Time Administrator responsibilities:
- Assisting with new product, design work/amendments and customer led changes
- oordinating the design, artwork specifications
- Planning and prioritising projects to ensure on-time completion, liaising with the wider team by reporting project status updates with costs
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and standards including all legislation, sustainability, and environment impact
- Maintaining relationships with key material suppliers
- Contributing to drafting digitalised templates, forms, and procedures
- Developing an active knowledge of competitors, innovating products, materials, and sustainability
Part Time Administrator required skills/competencies:
- Proven experience working within a similar role desirable
- Strong knowledge of Word, Excel. PowerPoint and Outlook
