You are seeking an opportunity to launch your career working in the insurance industry, or you may have worked in customer service and are looking to join a local independent broker with over 40 years of providing travel and commercial insurance solutions. 

You're a professional, friendly, helpful, and informative person and you will have excellent attention to detail and great organisational skills.

Your duties will include:

  • Servicing existing portfolio of clients from initial inquiry to policy issue, providing the client with ongoing dedicated support.
  • You’ll have the expertise and training to provide advice as required
  • You’ll maintain and improve retention
  • Deal with incoming telephone calls and prioritise your diary to meet tight deadlines
  • You’ll update the system, and manage filing & administration tasks.

You’ll be a part of a great team, specialising in the commercial insurance travel industry, providing travel insurance for people who have pre-existing medical conditions.

Your rewards include a highly competitive salary.  The opportunity to continually improve your skills as full training is provided. You will work with a team of 3 highly experienced account handlers and receive on-the-job training. The role is fully office-based Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5:30 pm. You will receive a contributory pension and your holiday entitlement will be 28 days including bank holidays.
