Our client, a leading organisation in the education sector, is seeking an exceptional Group Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Group Executive Team. This is a fantastic role for someone who excels in diary management, proofreading, report drafting, and confidential administrative tasks while representing the organisation’s values with professionalism.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing complex diaries, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel for the Group Executives.
- Drafting, proofreading, and editing reports, correspondence, and presentations to a high standard.
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Acting as the first point of contact for the Executive Team, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for staff and visitors.
- Coordinating internal and external meetings, preparing relevant documentation, and taking accurate minutes.
- Undertaking research and project work to support executive decision-making.
- Reviewing and improving administrative processes and maintaining accurate records.
- Supporting promotional and enrolment events, including occasional out-of-hours commitments.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a senior administrative role, preferably supporting C-suite or executive-level professionals.
- Strong diary management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience drafting reports and presentations.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to handle sensitive information professionally.
- Experience in Higher or Further Education is desirable but not essential.
