- Maintain detailed records of support interactions and resolutions.
- Refine IT support practices to enhance service standards and client satisfaction.
- Stay informed on emerging IT solutions and recommend system improvements.
- Proven expertise in first-line IT support, ideally within the legal field or another professional services domain.
- Comprehensive understanding of hardware, networking, telecommunication, and systems integrated with domains.
- Exceptional skills in problem-solving, communication, and customer relations.
- Capability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with outstanding organisational abilities.
