  • You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in contentious probate matters.
  • You must possess in-depth knowledge of the legal frameworks governing wills, estates, trusts, and inheritance, including the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975.
  • You will have proven experience in managing contentious probate matters and complex litigation.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly to clients.
  • You will be client-focused, with a strategic, solutions-driven approach.
  • You must be a qualified solicitor with experience in contentious probate matters or a related area of law.
