Premier Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a prestigious Legal 500 law firm in their search for an experienced Debt Recovery Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and expanding team, offering hybrid working to support your work-life balance.

If you're an insolvency litigation specialist with a proven track record of acting for large multi-national corporations or local authorities, we want to hear from you!

About the Role

As a valued member of the Credit Solutions Team, you will provide a comprehensive range of services for a varied and high-profile client base, including:

  • Major utility suppliers
  • Government bodies
  • Financial and commercial businesses
  • Insolvency practitioners

You will handle both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:

  • Advising on the merits of litigation and acting for clients in Part 7 and Part 8 proceedings
  • Managing insolvency actions
  • Working on non-contentious probate matters, such as securing grants on behalf of creditors and administering estates

This role is perfect for a solicitor with strong commercial litigation experience who is eager to specialise further, develop their expertise, and grow within a thriving, fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3 years PQE in Debt Recovery
  • Expertise in debt recovery litigation, processes, and legislation
  • A proactive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional client service
