Are you a 5–8-year PQE Housing Litigation Solicitor seeking a new challenge with a leading Firm?Our client is in search of a robust Associate Solicitor to become a valuable member of the Housing team, demonstrating outstanding communication and client care abilities along with excellent attention to detail.   • Experience in a housing management legal department
  • Dealing with a busy caseload of housing litigation matters to include defending disrepair claims, possession, civil injunctions, defending EPA claims, ASB and fraud.
  • Experience of dealing with landlord and tenant matters, AST and/or leasehold matters to include forfeiture claims is desirable.
  • Participation in marketing and networking activities
  • A consistent track record of meeting targets
  • Manging support services including supervision of secretaries and junior staff DOE/PQE
