This role is ideal for experienced Further Education (FE) lecturers as well as industry professionals looking to transition into a teaching career. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons in electrical installation, ensuring that students acquire both theoretical knowledge and practical skills to excel in the industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver high-quality lessons in electrical installation, covering topics such as wiring regulations, circuit design, installation techniques, and safety protocols.
  • Create and maintain course materials, assessments, and teaching resources that meet curriculum standards and industry requirements.
  • Foster a positive learning environment that encourages student participation, critical thinking, and hands-on practice.
  • Provide support and guidance to students, helping them achieve their academic and vocational goals.
  • Assess and evaluate student progress through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback.

Qualifications:For Experienced FE Lecturers:
  • A relevant teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, Cert Ed, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience teaching electrical installation or related subjects in a further education setting.
  • Strong understanding of the latest industry standards and regulations.
For Industry Professionals:
  • Relevant industry experience in electrical installation or a related field (e.g., electrician, electrical engineer).
