Description
- Overseeing all financial operations within the Accounting & Finance department
- Developing and executing strategic financial plans and objectives
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Providing insightful financial reports to aid in decision-making
- Collaborating with other departments to align financial goals with company objectives
- Identifying areas for cost reduction and financial improvement
- Managing the annual budgeting and planning process
- Leading, coaching, and developing a team of finance professionals
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
- An educational background in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven leadership skills within the manufacturing industry
- Excellent financial reporting and analysis skills
- Ability to demonstrate where they have implemented a business partnering framework into their previous workplace
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and standards
- The ability to develop and implement strategic financial plans
