This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, structured environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.In this role, you’ll be at the heart of the admin process — managing everything from raising invoices and processing key documentation, to ensuring accuracy and compliance across day-to-day tasks. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams and play a vital role in delivering efficient support to the wider business.What you’ll be doing:
  • Preparing and processing invoices
  • Handling internal system updates and documentation uploads
  • Managing digital filing and data entry
  • Running reports and maintaining accurate records
  • Liaising with different departments to support workflow
  • Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
What we’re looking for:
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role
