Annual Review Administrator – Wealth ManagementLocation: BromsgroveSalary: £23,000 - £25,000 per annum + BonusReference: 1152271Job Type: Full-time, PermanentA well-established wealth management firm is seeking a highly organised Annual Review Administrator to oversee and manage the client Annual Review process. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured, professional environment and enjoys working closely with financial advisers and clients.Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the full Annual Review process, booking client meetings via phone, email, or post.
  • Preparing Annual Review packs, including valuations, fund factsheets, and compliance documents.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate client data for MI reporting.
  • Handling day-to-day client and provider enquiries.
  • Coordinating documentation and supporting advisers in client meetings.
  • Processing fund switches and withdrawals as instructed.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months’ administration experience (preferably within financial services).
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with back-office systems.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
