- Managing the full Annual Review process, booking client meetings via phone, email, or post.
- Preparing Annual Review packs, including valuations, fund factsheets, and compliance documents.
- Updating and maintaining accurate client data for MI reporting.
- Handling day-to-day client and provider enquiries.
- Coordinating documentation and supporting advisers in client meetings.
- Processing fund switches and withdrawals as instructed.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal procedures.
- Minimum 12 months’ administration experience (preferably within financial services).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to work with back-office systems.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
