Key Responsibilities:- Accurately input supplier invoices into the system.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Assist with processing supplier payments.
- Handle basic invoice queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
- Maintain and update supplier account information.
- Support with filing and organizing financial documents.
- Assist with the reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team.
- A keen interest in finance or accounting.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software (training will be provided).
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.
- Prior experience in an office or finance role is a plus but not essential.
