Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately input supplier invoices into the system.
  • Match invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Assist with processing supplier payments.
  • Handle basic invoice queries and escalate complex issues to senior team members.
  • Maintain and update supplier account information.
  • Support with filing and organizing financial documents.
