Accounts Payable Clerk

Here at Every Step Recruitment, Finance & Accountancy, we are happy to be supporting our Client with their requirement for an Accounts Payable Clerk. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Recording and processing invoices correctly
• Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
• Processing sales invoices
• Pre-payments and accruals
• Posting cash for Purchase and Sales Ledger
• Inter-company invoicing and journal entry
• Any other ad hoc duties

Skills and Attributes required:

• At least 1, preferably 2 years experience within Accounts Payable
• Previous experience within a high-volume, transactional accounting role
• Excellent accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
