Key responsibilities include:
路 Sales Ledger Invoicing
路 Credit Control
路 Online client portals
路 Client weekly/monthly applications

路 Building new client profiles /pay rates/priorities in to the job management system
路 Running cost/revenue reports
路 Sales ledger reports
路 Data entry
路 Reconciling sales accounts
路 Updating invoicing/account spreadsheets daily
Ideal applicant would:
- Have knowledge of Pegasus Opera 3 or similar accounting software packages
- Have sound knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Have experience within the Construction industry
- Knowledge of CAFM (many of our clients use web based portals such as Verisae, Halo, Servicechannel)
- Knowledge of job management system Job Logic would an advantage but not critical.
