French Speaking Customer Support Technician

Basic salary £28,000 to £31,000 depending on experience, plus a quarterly bonus, excellent benefits such as healthcare, 33 days hols, enhanced pension, childcare vouchers, and career progression.

This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced business who are seeking a client-driven French speaking Customer Support Technician to join a fast-paced growing business for candidates who are looking to develop their career in the automotive, motorsports or technology related industry.

As a French Speaking Customer Support Technician, you will have a strong customer service background with a genuine technical interest OR have technical customer support experience ideally within the automotive, motorsports or a technology related role, (full product training will be given).

Candidates must be fluent in both French and English, written and spoken and able to demonstrate excellent communication with proficient writing skills, be self-motivated and able to work with minimum of supervision with ability to grasp, learn and develop quickly.

You will provide excellent customer technical support to clients via the phone, email and Microsoft Teams to French clients and a network of distributors on a global basis and have a logical approach to troubleshooting with ability to multi-task.
