Overview

A distinctive Higher Education Institution located in picturesque Oxfordshire is seeking Senior Quality Manager to fill a permanent position. Once training is completed there is an option for Hybrid working of up to 2 days a week from Home.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Deputy Head of Services (Quality) and will be responsible for all Quality Assurance and Compliance matters.

Will play a key role in designing, developing and delivering a range of supporting materials in relation to compliance matters, this includes supporting communication and successful engagement plans of new compliance matters.

Project manage new processes, procedures & initiatives and audit activities.

Essential Experience and Knowledge

  • QA Policy Implementation
  • Meeting Facilitation - Serving QA Meetings
  • Process Monitoring
  • Compliance & Reporting
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Applications
  • A relevant Masters degree, professional qualification or extensive experience
  • Skilled in communication
  • Ability to form relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrable decision making experience
