Description

  • Manage and process the monthly payroll for all employees
  • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports
  • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
  • Work closely with HR and Accounting departments
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies
  • Assist in the development of overall payroll procedures
  • Provide support for payroll audits

Profile

A successful Payroll Assistant should have:

  • 2+ years experience in a payroll assistant role
  • Knowledge of payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
